Terms of Service
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These Terms of Service govern use of ai.cewbin, a web-based video preparation and upload tool for creators and brand users.
Use of the Service
Users may use the service to connect their own TikTok account, select a video, preview the video, edit captions and settings, and confirm an upload to TikTok.
User Authorization
Users must authorize their own TikTok account through TikTok OAuth before using TikTok upload features. Users are responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to manage and upload content to the connected TikTok account.
User Content
Users are solely responsible for the videos, captions, hashtags, and other content they select or upload through the service. Users must have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for the content they upload.
Upload Confirmation
The service is designed for user-controlled uploads. A video is uploaded only after the user previews the video, reviews the caption and upload settings, and confirms the upload action.
Sandbox and TikTok Inbox
Sandbox mode is used for Login Kit testing with approved target users. When the video.upload scope is granted, the service transfers the selected video to the user's TikTok inbox as a draft; the user must open TikTok to finish editing and posting it.
If the video.upload scope is not granted, a clearly labeled upload mockup may be shown for developer review. It runs only in the browser, sends no content to TikTok, and does not represent a successful TikTok publication.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not use the service for:
- Uploading content that violates applicable law, TikTok policies, or third-party rights.
- Automated likes, comments, follows, scraping, or account growth automation.
- Unauthorized access to TikTok accounts or use of another person's account without permission.
- Bulk posting behavior, spam, or deceptive content distribution.
- Uploading malware, harmful code, or content intended to disrupt the service.
TikTok Platform
TikTok is a third-party platform. Users are responsible for complying with TikTok's terms, community guidelines, and developer platform policies when using TikTok-related features.
Account Disconnection
Users can disconnect their TikTok account from the application at any time. Disconnecting an account may disable TikTok upload features until the user reconnects the account.
Service Availability
The service may change, pause, or discontinue features from time to time. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party platforms, network issues, or user device limitations.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every upload will be accepted, processed, or published by TikTok.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
